Outside our B&B's front door is the 15th century Elizabethan Water-Corn Mill, down the lane you will discover St. Mary's 14th century church which shelters under the shadow of a 1200 year old Yew tree in its churchyard and alongside, the Old School House and the Stanley family Mausoleum. On the other side of the lane is a lovely Tudor cottage; the former Eagle & Child Inn.
